HOME FOR THE HOLIDAYS SALE TERMS & CONDITIONS
DURATION: 17th November 2022 (10:30 am IST) to 22nd November 2022 (10:30 am IST)
1. The Sale is an online event, applicable only to orders placed in international currencies* and shipped to an address outside India only.
2. Orders placed in INR currency do not qualify for Sale offers during this period.
3. Discounted products sold during the Sale period are not eligible for exchange or return across all product categories.
4. The promotional pricing is valid:
- For purchases made during the sale period. Any purchase made prior to or post the sale will not be eligible for the discounted pricing.
- Only till stocks lasts
5. No cancellations, amendments, or change in shipping/billing address will be entertained during this sale period
6. No other offer or discount can be clubbed with the Sale offers.
7. All valid gift cards can be redeemed during the Sale for their respective currency.
8. Due to increased volume of orders :
- Services of special packaging/gift wrapping will be halted during the Sale period.
- The delivery time of your order may vary. Please check our shipping policies for details on the same.
- We cannot entertain special requests for speed deliveries.
9. Fulfillment of orders will be subject to product availability and within certified product quality parameters.
10. Products purchased prior to sale cannot be exchanged during sale period.
11. Discounts are subject to change without prior intimation. No claims due to this will be entertained.
12. In case a broken/damaged product is received, please reach out to customercare@goodearth.in within 48 hours of receipt of your order with order details and supporting images.
13. In case of any conflict with the standard Terms and Conditions mentioned on the website, the Sale TnC stipulated here will apply.
14. For all online orders that cannot be partially/fully delivered, a refund only for the unfulfilled value of the order will be initiated within 15 Calendar days from the confirmation of cancellation from our side.
15. It is our endeavor to ensure smooth online operations. However, during the Sale period, in case of any technical challenges faced, reach out to our Customer Care team who will assist you accordingly.
16. All duties and taxes for international orders will apply as per the rules of the shipping destination and will be borne by the customer. Please refer to our shipping policies for more details
17. Shipping charges on all orders irrespective of the order values remains as below
- USD 30 for USD orders
- GBP 30 for GBP orders
- SGD 40 for SGD orders
- AED 100 for AED orders
18. Cerise points (Loyalty) can neither be earned nor redeemed on International orders.

1. Do you have discounts in your shops too?
Ans: The Home for Holidays Sale in an online only event, only for purchases made in international currencies and shipped to an address outside India
2. Will you replenish your stock before the end of the Sale?
Ans: Replenishing stocks for the Sale is an ongoing process and happens as the need may be.
3. Can I redeem E-Gift Cards or vouchers during the Sale?
Ans: Yes, you may certainly redeem E-Gift Cards online during the Sale.
4. If I place an order now, can you arrange the delivery after a period of time?
Ans: Due to the increase volume of orders we receive during Sale, we will not be able to accommodate this request.
5. Can you arrange the delivery on priority or expedite delivery?
Ans: We always try to deliver the order at the earliest, but we would not be able to accommodate any special requests during the sale period
6. Can I place an order for items which are not in stock?
Ans: You will not be able to place an order for items which are currently not in stock. You can click on the “notify me” options and we will keep you duly informed of when the product is back in stock. The price of the product in this case will be as applicable on order date, once product is back in stock.
7. Can I cancel my order, or can I change the size/items I have ordered for during the Sale?
Ans: We do not provide the option of cancelling or modifying any orders during Sale.
8. If I have received a damaged item during Sale, would you offer to replace this item?
Ans: If you receive a damaged item during sale, post an investigation from our side, once it is confirmed that the piece you received was damaged prior to delivery, we will offer a refund within 15 days of us confirming that a refund will be issued.
9. Can I return or exchange sale items in your shops or online?
Ans: We do not have a return or exchange policy for sale items which have been delivered as per the order placed.
10. Will you reduce the prices at the end of the Sale?
Ans: Good Earth may revise prices of products at any point in time.
